Changing Administrator¶
If necessary to change the connection administrator, the old and new administrator need to contact support service and confirm the need to transfer the connection.
In case access to the previous administrator's account has been lost, support service may require other ways to confirm ownership rights to connections.
Along with connections, a paid subscription can also be transferred to the new administrator account.
Restoring access to backend group
In case of loss of access to the administrative account, our support service will not be able to restore access to your backend group, as we, including our bots, lack the necessary authority for this.
