Parameter LEAVE_CLOSED¶

The parameter determines whether to reopen a closed topic when a new message arrives from the user. By default, after a topic is moved to ⬛️ closed status, it reopens when a new message from the user arrives.
With this parameter set to TRUE, the topic will not reopen and the new message will not be delivered to operators. However, the user will receive a welcome message as a reminder.
Data Format¶
The parameter can have the value FALSE (by default topic reopens on new message) or TRUE (topic remains closed).
The setup bot needs to be sent the required value after selecting the parameter for editing.
