Parameter MONITOR_PRIVATE

The parameter indicates whether to create and activate existing topics to 🟪 user_answered status when receiving new personal messages to the connected account or bot.

Data Format

Can have the value TRUE (by default) or FALSE (do not create and activate topics for new personal messages).

The setup bot needs to be sent the required value after selecting the parameter for editing.

  • the parameter can be used if it's necessary to disable message transmission to the backend group for all personal messages.
