Parameter RESTRICTED_KEYWORDS_FRONTEND

The parameter sets an array of keywords separated by commas. If any of the specified words appears in an incoming message, it will not be forwarded to the backend group.

By default, the list is empty, which means no keyword filtering for incoming messages.

Data Format

Each string value must be enclosed in double quotes, values separated by commas. String case is ignored by default.

To clear the list, send the value OFF

The setup bot needs to be sent the required value after selecting the parameter for editing.

Usage Examples

"word1", "word2"

Result: do not forward messages containing the specified words to operators (important not to lose or mix up quotes when copying).

Used in cases:

  • additional filter when monitoring chats, essentially a set of minus words
  • controlling sending client contacts to operators
