Reconnection on Authorization Loss¶
Many sessions work in Hotline for years without the need to reconnect them, but sometimes situations arise in which the connection session is lost and it needs to be carefully restored, preserving all settings, as well as information about topics and dialogues.
Possible reasons for authorization loss:

bot token was changed

one of the account owners terminated the Hotline session

the parent session from which the QR-code was scanned terminated
-
a failure occurred in Telegram
-
the account or bot performed suspicious actions and was temporarily frozen
To reconnect, it's enough in the setup bot to go to the connection list (with /start command) and go through the connection procedure again, clicking the New Connection button, at the stage of selecting the backend group indicating an already existing group.
