Hotline is designed as a self-service product, meaning almost all key system capabilities are available for independent configuration in setup bot or on backend group side. Standard version allows testing most functions, figuring out system operating principle yourself and using system free for unlimited period.

We answer all questions, but want to honestly warn about queue order.

How does our queue work?

First we respond to our customers with paid access and those who used paid system setup. Their requests have priority. Also priority are requests to purchase premium version of system or order personal consultation, as well as messages about found bugs, errors or inaccuracies. Requests from free version users we process next, in order of receipt.

How to get help faster?

To help you as efficiently as possible, please try to describe your question in as much detail as possible. Attaching screenshots or short video will help us understand situation faster and give you accurate answer, even if you had to wait a bit.
